1. That I am the Petitioner No. 5 in the above noted case, fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case, hence competent to swear this affidavit.
2. That I submit that there is no other legal heir except as above named petitioner No.1 to 5 left behind by the deceased late Shri _________on his death.
3. That I have no objection if the Succession Certificate is issued in favour of the Petitioner No. 1, my daughter in law Smt. _________@_________.
4. That the accompanying petition has been drafted by counsel under my instructions, contents of the same have been read over and explained to me in vernacular, I have understood the same,

I state the same to be true and correct, the same be read as part and parcel of this affidavit as the same are not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity.
