Documents Required For Mutual Consent Divorce

Fees for NRI Mutual Divorce

We charge a total fee of Rs. 55,000 for completing the process of mutual divorce. This fee is charged in three parts of Rs. 20,000 and 15, 000, as shown below:

  • 1st payment of Rs. 20,000 after successful document verification
  • 2nd payment of Rs. 20,000 at the time of passing of 1st motion
  • 3rd payment of Rs. 15,000 at the time of passing of 2nd motion

This total payment of Rs. 55,000/- is inclusive of everything and we represent both parties in Court within this payment.

Yes, you can complete the process without coming to India through Video Conferencing or through any relative in India.

A Mutual Divorce decree obtained from foreign courts is valid if it complies with the laws of India.

Every effort must be made to file a case for mutual divorce in India because acceptance of such a decree is more than the acceptance of a mutual divorce decree obtained from a foriegn court. This acceptance matters when you go for remarriage.

But in case due to any circumstance, if it is not possible for the parties living abroad to file a case in Indian courts, then You can choose to file a case for mutual divorce in the foreign country where You are currently residing
