APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT FOR RELEASE OF THE VEHICLE BEARING NO.DL5SCR123(SPLENDOR PRO), BLACK COLOR ON SUPERDARI

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH;

1. That the above mentioned vehicle was burned by the accused person through pouring petrol upon the vehicle and the said illegal act of accused persons are recorded in CCTV Footage. And as per the complaint of complainant police official of PS Ambedkar Nagar lodged an FIR against the accused persons and the vehicle of applicant was seized by the police and same is lying with the Malkhana of PS Ambedkar Nagar.
2. That the applicant is registered owner of above mentioned vehicle.
3. That the applicant undertakes to produce the above said vehicle before this Hon’ble court or concerned police station as and when directed to do so.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully, prayed that this Hon’ble court may kindly release the above said vehicle to the applicant, in the interest of justice.
