GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

     KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, ________________ D/o _______________W/o ________Present Address ____________ Permanente address _____, (hereinafter called the Daughter/First Party) do hereby grant appoint, nominate, constitute and authorizes this General Power of Attorney to my mother ______________ W/o _____________ r/o _____________________ (Adhar Card : ___________), (hereinafter call the Mother/Second Party), as my true, legal and lawful attorney in respect of property/plot/booking registration receipt number  Registration Number ___________ or Immediate Refund of Rs. ___________/- + Interest or handover the booking plat and the registered booking owner of Unit under registration number ______________, or other booking number to received the booking amount from the  M/s _____________________ Private Limited.

WHEREAS, To manage and control the said plot or above details in all respects and to represent me before each and every concerned authority in this behalf; I grant my mother, _____________, the authority to act on my behalf and So, do hereby empower my said attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things for me, in my name in the following matters:

  1. Legal Proceedings: To represent me in any legal proceedings, including court cases, negotiations, and settlements, related to [Provide a brief description of the case or cases]. This includes the authority to hire and consult with legal counsel, make decisions, and sign legal documents on my behalf.
  2. To sign and file petition, written statement, documents or affidavit etc. on my behalf in any court of law or in any government office. To proceeding all such proceedings to file in my name and proceeding all such.

Property Transactions: To buy, sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise manage, dispose, or encumber my booking plot or handed over plot by the M/s _______________ Private Limited in resepect of my booking plot, including but not limited to the property located at [Property Address]. This includes signing contracts, deeds, and other documents necessary for property transactions.
  4. Financial Matters: To manage my financial accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts and investment accounts. This includes the authority to make deposits, withdrawals, investments, and payments on my behalf.
  5. To represent me in the specified legal case and any related proceedings, including court appearances, hearings, and all interactions with legal authorities or representatives and Make decisions, sign, and file any necessary documents, motions, or pleadings related to the case on my behalf and Engage legal counsel, provide instructions, and take any steps necessary to pursue or defend this case.
  6. To perform any and all acts necessary to exercise the powers granted in this General Power of Attorney, including but not limited to signing documents, entering into agreements, and dealing with third parties.
  7. To execute the lease deed, conveyance deed, supplementary deed, rectification deed or any other documents with the concerned authorities and to get the same registered with the competent Registering Authority.
  8. To negotiable on terms for and agree to and sell the said received property/house to any intending purchaser or purchaser at such price or prices, Which my said attorney, in his absolute discretion thinks fit and proper to agree upon and to enter into any agreement or agreements for such sale or sales and or to cancel and or repudiate the same.
  9. To transfer the said property/ Plot/house by way of mortgage, gift or exchange, to/with any person, at such terms or in any way which my said attorney in his sole discretion thinks fit and proper
  10. To receive from the intending purchaser or purchaser any earnest money and or advance or advances and also the balance of sale proceeds or full consideration on completion of such sale or sales, to receive any loan, and to give good, vide receipt and discharge for the same.
  11. To institute, pursue or defend any legal proceedings regarding any subject matter, on behalf of me, concerning the said booking amount or property/ Plot/house and for this purpose to appoint any special or general power of attorney or lawyer or pleader to defend the same property as effectually as I could do, if so personally present.
  12. To present any such deed or deeds of sale, conveyance mortgage, gift, exchange or other document or documents for registration when executed by him, to admit execution thereof any receipt or consideration before the Sub-Registrar to have them registered according to law and to do all other acts deed and things which the said attorney shall consider necessary for the transferring and /or conveying the said property to such purchaser or person/party as fully and effectually in all respects.
  13. To appoint any one as General/Special Attorney.
  14. To appoint any further attorney for selling my aforesaid property/ plot or receive booking amount from the above said company or appoint for fight legal case in court and sign the documents on behalf of her name and erection thereon to any intending person and to execute all kinds of sale documents concerning the sale of my above said property for the reasonable consideration.

AND GENERALLY to do all other deeds, things or matters whatsoever or which in the opinion of my/our said attorney, ought to be done, executed and performed, relating my said property/house or receive booking amount from the above said company or any matter incidental thereto, as fully and so effectually as I/we myself/ourselves could do the same, if I/we was present personally.

AND I/we, THE EXECUTANT do hereby agree and undertake to rectify and confirm all and whatsoever act is done by my/our said attorney under the power in that behalf herein before contained, shall lawfully do, execute or perform in exercising the powers, authorities and liberties hereby conferred upon, by virtue of this General Power of Attorney.

THIS GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY IS IRREVOCABLE
