APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT FOR RELEASE OF THE VEHICLE BEARING REGISTRATION NO.DL3SEF1234 ON SUPERDARI

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

That the applicant is registered owner of vehicle bearing registration No. DL3SEF12345. Copy of RC and ID proof of applicant is annexed herewith as Annexure-A (colly).
That, the above mentioned vehicle was stolen by some unknown person about which, applicant filed a complaint and, as per the online complaint, aforementioned FIR has been lodged in Police station Ambedkar Nagar . copy of the FIR is annexed herewith for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.
That applicant recently received a call from a concerned police station that the said vehicle is found/recovered and same is lying in the Malkhana of PS Ambedkar Nagar.
That the applicant is the registered owner of above mentioned vehicle, undertakes to produce the above said vehicle before this Hon’ble court or concerned police station as and when directed to do so for the purpose of investigation/ court proceeding . Hence this application with following prayer.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully, prayed that this Hon’ble court may kindly be issued direction to the IO/ SHO of PS Ambedkar Nagar to release the above said vehicle to the applicant as per Law, in the interest of justice.
