However, if for any reason clients feel dissatisfied or if there is a clear deficiency in the service provided, the following conditions apply for refund requests:

1. If LLC Lawyer denies providing the agreed service for any reason, timely communication with the client will be made via email or call, stating the reason for service denial.

2. Refunds will only be considered if there is a visible deficiency in the service provided by Legal Light Consulting. The decision on the deficiency of service lies solely with LLC Lawyer.

3. Refund requests due to a change of mind or client’s decision to opt for a different service after payment will not be entertained.

4. Refund requests will not be considered after the client has received the documents or details related to the service. However, the client may opt to use the amount paid for any other service within the stipulated time decided by Legal Light Consulting.

5. Refunds falling under a Money Back Guarantee scheme, as published on the Site or communicated to the User, will be processed if all terms and conditions are satisfied.

6. Legal Light Consulting reserves the right to deny refund requests if explicit, visible deficiencies are not present or if the client’s decision to change services caused the request.

7. Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase and completion of work will not be considered.

8. We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the information as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if due for any reason, if our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then, in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the conditions

9. If the request for the refund has been approved by Legal Light Consulting itself and decides to refund the amount, the same shall be processed and intimated to the client via email or call. This refund process could take a minimum of 30 (thirty) business days to process and shall be credited to the client’s bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by the client is returned to them at the earliest.

We exert our utmost efforts to provide our services efficiently within the designated time for each service and product offered by Legal Light Consulting “LLC Lawyers”.

We sincerely strive to ensure a positive experience for our clients and deliver the information as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if for any reason our clients feel that the services provided are unsatisfactory or not up to their expectations, they may be entitled to a refund under certain conditions.

Legal Light Consulting expresses gratitude to its clients for selecting the services listed on our platform “www.legallightconsulting.com” or any associated domain or channel. Despite our efforts, if clients deem the rendered services unsatisfactory, they may request a refund subject to specific conditions.

If Legal Light Consulting itself denies providing the agreed service, for reasons such as a change in order, law, or regulations, clients will be promptly informed via email or call, providing the reason for denial.

Refunds will be considered only if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service provided by us. Legal Light Consulting retains the discretion to determine and confirm any deficiencies. Refund amounts will be determined by Legal Light Consulting based on the extent of the deficiency.

Clients cannot request a refund solely due to a change of mind after payment, as there is no fault or defect on the part of Legal Light Consulting. Refund requests will not be entertained once documents or details have been shared with the client.

If a refund falls under a Money Back Guarantee scheme and clients fulfill all terms and conditions, they may be eligible for a refund. However, explicit, clear, and visible deficiencies must be present for a refund to be granted.

Refunds will not be granted if the client decides to opt for a different service after making payments, provided there is no fault or defect on our part. If work has been shared with the client but they change their choice of service, the same amount can be carried forward for other services or purchases offered by Legal Light Consulting.

Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase and after completion of work will not be considered. Clients have the option to cancel a service within 2 hours after booking, and alternative slots, dates, or services may be offered by our team.

If a refund request is approved by Legal Light Consulting, the process may take up to 30 business days to complete. Refunds will be credited to the client’s bank account and handled with care.

Payment Policy: All fees must be paid upfront before availing any paid service at Legal Light Consulting and its associated partner portal.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, clients must notify us in writing via email within 24 hours of booking. Refunds will be processed with a nominal deduction for online payment processing.

Refund Policy: If a consultation request is rejected or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may opt for another consultation request or receive a refund with a nominal deduction for online payment processing.

Clients should send refund requests via email to connect@legallightconsulting.com. The Senior Management team at Legal Light Consulting will decide on the refund request. Please note that refunds will only include professional fees and not government fees or taxes.

Events Beyond Control:

Legal Light Consulting will not be liable for events beyond its control, such as government decisions, natural disasters, or actions by public authorities, which affect the service delivery.

Force Majeure:

In cases of natural disasters, public emergencies, or similar events beyond reasonable control, Legal Light Consulting will not be liable for any lack of service efficiency.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be made via email to connect@legallightconsulting.com. Only requests made within 1-3 days of booking will be considered. After this period, no cancellations will be entertained.

In case of approved refunds, processing may take up to 30 business days, and refunds will be credited to the client’s bank account. Deductions may apply as per the terms and conditions outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Legal Light Consulting strives to ensure efficient and timely legal services for all clients. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Lead India platform, clients also accept the cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Booking Appointments: When a client books an appointment, a dedicated slot is allocated exclusively for their service. Legal Light Consulting does not assign the same slot to any other client for the same service.

2. Cancellation Procedure: If a client wishes to change the booked slot timing or cancel the appointment, they must follow the standard protocol set by Legal Light Consulting.

3. Contacting Customer Care: The client must call Legal Light Consulting’s customer care number to inform the representative about the desired change or cancellation of the slot.

4. Internal Review: Upon receiving the client’s request, Legal Light Consulting’s representative internally assesses the possibility of accommodating the change or cancellation.

5. Communication of Possibility: The representative informs the client about the feasibility of changing the slot timing. While Legal Light Consulting cannot guarantee accommodating the client’s request, alternative slot timings may be proposed.

6. Acceptance of Alternative Slot: The client must agree to accept the available and suggested time slot from Legal Light Consulting. Failure to confirm or accept the revised booking slot will be considered a cancellation by the client.

7. Limit on Changes: Clients are allowed to change their slot a maximum of three times.

8. Non-Responsive Clients: If the client fails to respond to Legal Light Consulting’s representative through the provided means of contact after a minimum of five attempts or if confirmation is not received within fifteen days from the allotted slot date, the appointment will be deemed cancelled, and Legal Light Consulting will not be held responsible.

9. Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental duplicate payments, Legal Light Consulting may refund the excess service fees upon receipt of a written application along with proof of the excess payment. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 days of receiving the request or information.

10. Overcharged Payments: If a client’s credit card/debit card/payment account has been overcharged, they should inform Legal Light Consulting immediately. Legal Light Consulting will refund the excess amount within fifteen working days. Conversely, if the transaction amount is less than the actual fee amount, Legal Light Consulting will debit the outstanding amount from the client’s payment account.

11. Refund Conditions: Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances as explicitly stated in the Refund Policy. Legal Light Consulting aims to maintain fairness and transparency in such situations.

12. Deduction on Refunds: Please note that a nominal deduction of 30% of the refunded amount will be applied for online payment processing. Refunds will be credited directly to the client’s bank/credit card account used for the payment.

Legal Light Consulting endeavors to handle cancellations with fairness and efficiency, aiming to uphold positive relationships with clients while ensuring clarity and consistency in its policies.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Legal Light Consulting reserves the right to immediately block any IP address from accessing the Website, with or without any reason and prior notice. Legal Light Consulting (LLC lawyers) can make this decision at its sole discretion and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to any user or third party

Without prejudice to Legal Light Consulting’s general right to terminate access to the Website, termination can also be carried out if –

JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. For the purpose of these Terms, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

The jurisdictional court of New Delhi, India shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to, a visit to / use of the platform or purchase of the products. In case you are from a different country, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of any of the terms and conditions in your country of residence, country of use or another relevant country. The laws of New Delhi, India govern this Agreement and these terms and conditions of use of the platform or purchase of the products.

INDEMNITY
