Adoption Deed

This ADOPTION DEED is executed by me, ________Parkash aged ______years son of Sh. __________Nath Nahar R/o House No. ___________, Kali Bari Marg, DIZ Area New Delhi, on this 30 August 2009(hereinafter called as Adopter)

Whereas I(Adopter) for my spiritual benefit, for the benefit of my ancestors and for perpetuation of my all immovable and movable properties and ___________ S/o___________ and ___________W/o ______________ Rs/o Block No__________, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana(adoptee), after giving the matter full and due consideration and while in possession of my senses, sound mind and full faculties and before a gathering of relations and friends, performed all the customary and religious ceremonies have given by ________, aged two months, s/o _________Nahar S/o _________ and _______W/o _________Nahar Rs/o _____________, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana whom I(adopter) accepted and adopted as a son like mine son.

    The aforesaid Gaurav, aged two months s/o _________ S/o__________ and ___________w/o __________Nahar Rs/o Block No.____________, Ludhiana determines all his rights and liabilities in my family as natural parents. From the aforesaid date the said _________, aged two months s/o __________Nahar S/o ____________Ram and Kiran w/o _______________Nahar Rs/o Block No.22, ___________ Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, shall have all the legal rights as my son in my family and properties. A physical give and take ceremony of adoption was held among gathering of relations, friends etc. I hereby bind myself to following terms and conditions:-

1. I, the adopter have no blood relation with the adoptee and now the said ______has become an adoptee son of adopter Suraj Parkash/adopter.

2. I, the adopter and the adoptee are of the same religion i.e. both are Hindus.

3. Neither of the parties have ever been involved in any Adoption Deed
