Deed of Adoption of a son

This   Deed of Adoption made at  new delhi on this 6^th day of july _______between and Mr. _________S/o Sh ____________ residing at Flat No-  —- _________________, Dwarka Delhi a Hindu by religion age about 35 Years hereinafter referred to as the party of the Second Part, Ms. _________________W/o _________residing at Flat No-  —-  _____________, Dwarka Delhi  a Hindu  by religion , age about 29 Years residing at —a Hindu by religion , age about —hereinafter referred to as the party of the Ms ______________w/o Late Sh. S_____________  residing at Flat No- — ___________.  A Hindu by religion, age about 32 Years hereinafter reffered to as the party of the First Third Part.

WHEREAS:-

• The Parties of the First Part is a widow lady who husband was died in the year 2007 having to children namely _________Rana age about 14 years and ___________Rana age about 9 years.
• The parties of the First and second part have no issue as such they want to adopt the children of the third party who is the real sister of second party and unbale to bear the expenses of the above mention childern. The doctor advised the first and second party to adopt the child as there is no scope of them to have their own child.
• The parties of the First and Second Part requested the parties of the third part to give her children namely ______Rana and _________Rana is about 14 Years and 9 Years respectevly and the third party agreed to do so.
• Accordingly, a formal adoption ceremony was performed this 29^th day of June _______at about 9 AM at the place of party no-1 and 2 when the party of the third part actually delivered her children name above to the party of the First and second Part with intention to give them in adoption to the Party of the First Part in the presence of several persons two of whom have attested this deed.

NOW IT IS PARTY PROPOSED TO RECORD THE SAID ADOPTION IN THE MANNER FOLLOWING

1. The party of the First part with the consent of the party of the Second part has taken in adoption and the party of the Third part with her own free will and choice given her children namely ________Rana and ________Rana   as the adoptive son and daughter of the party of the first part and of the party of the second part, on the day and place hereinbefore recited.
2. It is declared that the said adoption has been made out of the free will of the parties hereto and with a clear intention that the said master ______Rana and Taani ________shall be treated as the adoptive son and daughter of the parties of the First Part and Second Part with all legal consequences there of and they will ceased to be a members of the family of the party of the third  part with all legal consequences thereof.
3. The said adopted son will be hereafter known by name of
