DEED OF ADOPTION

This Deed is reduced into writing on this 19^th day of March __by and between Sh ________ S/o. Sh ___________and Smt __________ W/o. Sh J___________ , Both R/o. __________________ Pur, Delhi-110044, hereinafter called the First Party/Adoptive Parents

 AND

Smt ________,  W/o. Late Sh. ____________ R/o. ___________________, Delhi-110044, hereinafter called the Second Party/Adopted Mother.

Whereas, first party finds themselves unable to look after their minor children namely Baby _____________, whose date of birth is 12.4.2002 and Master _____________, whose date of birth is 01.08.1996.

And whereas for the sake of well being of above named children, first party thought it fit to give their children in adoption.

And whereas the second party is having sound income as she is working in Ministry of Railway, as Khalasi and getting a monthly salary of Rs.12,654/- from the Ministry of Railway.

Whereas the second party was not having any child and her husband has already been expired as such she approached to first party to take minor children of the first party in adoption and first party is giving their consents to give in adoption their children in adoption to second party with the following terms:

1. The second party shall treat minor children namely Baby ____________Nath and Master _____________Nath as her natural born child and will shower all love and affection on them.
2. That second party shall arrange the marriage of minor children namely Baby ________Nath and Master ____________Nath according to their status.
3. That second party shall also provide proper education to minor children namely Baby _____________Nath and Master _____________Nath.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES that the said natural parents did before a family gathering a friends at the above mentioned date, month and year  give Baby __________Nath and Master _________Nath to the said adoptive mother on the date of today i.e.19^th Day of March, _______, place at New Delhi and the year first above written and that it is hereby declared that the said adoptive children was on adoption renamed by the adoptive mother as same and that by the said adoption determines and severs all her right and liabilities obligations in any prosperity which may have already vested in their and acquires in the family of their adoptive parents all rights.

IT IS FURTHER DECLARE THAT , we the above named adoptive parents were duly consulted before the above adoption was made and that they consulted to the same and in taken of such consent has also affix their respective signatures hereto.

IN WITNESSES whereof the above said adopted mother has here into signed before the gathering present, to of whom have at the request of the parties and their presence signed as witnesses the day and the year first above mentioned.
